There is never merit in
designing something just to please ourselves. Any piece
of communication must serve a purpose, meet a need, or
resolve a problem your customer experiences. So while the
client hires us, we're really working for the client’s
customer. It's their needs and agenda that are at the forefront
of our solutions. After all, it's a customer's impression
of the client that makes our world go round. |
